Filter Sciences was excited to exhibit at the ADIPEC — Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference. ADIPEC is the largest oil and gas conference in the world and it held up to its reputation. We are always amazed by how massive and beautiful the exhibits are. Everything from a small valve to giant offshore oil rigs was at this show. In fact, the Filter Sciences team was able to tour the MHS Gladiator off-shore mobile rig.
The Filter Sciences booth was very busy and buzzing with activity. We are looking forward to expanding our products in the Middle East. Our stainless-steel bag filter housings were well received as unconventional drilling initiatives increase in the Middle East. Water is arguably the most important commodity on earth and due to the fact that filter bags are removed and replaced from our filter housings, there is zero discharge — no fluid loss. Bag filtration is the most cost-effective strategy to filter particulate from 1000 micron down to one micron and reuse the water.
